There is almost nothing more familiar to Cole than the atmosphere of a restaurant / bar. Having grown up in the family business of Financial Consulting & Bookkeeping for the hospitality industry, Cole started his career young - playing in the coat closets of restaurants as a three-year-old while his parents worked the business. In their 20’s both Cole & Britana worked as servers and bartenders at various local Seattle locations, and Cole has maintained his bookkeeping business. Throughout that time, it was always Cole’s dream to open a space of his own. In 2023 they opened Cole’s Tavern in Mukilteo, WA, a cozy local bar with a welcoming vibe. Now in 2026, thanks to decades of love and care of Hawkeyes by the previous owners, Steve & Shirley, Cole & Britana are looking forward to continuing that legacy of care and pride, and sharing what they love with Lake Stevens’s locals and visitors. You will see them around with their young son (& one on the way)! Cheers!
